Will the Cowsar AC fit my window?
It fits standard single- and double-hung windows between 24″ and 48″ wide, with at least 16″ opening height and up to 11″ sill depth. Measure your window before ordering.
What room size does it cool?
The 10,000 BTU unit is rated for spaces up to 450 sq.ft. The 12,000 BTU option covers up to 550 sq.ft.
How quiet is it really?
Because the compressor sits outside the window in the U-shape design, indoor noise stays around 42 dB — quieter than most refrigerators.
Can I still open the window?
Yes. The U-shape lets you open and close your window normally for fresh air whenever you like.

No tools required. The saddle design sits on your windowsill and locks in place in minutes.
Does it need a special outlet?
It runs on standard 115V household power — no dedicated circuit needed.
How often should I clean the filter?
Every 2 weeks during heavy use. The unit will alert you when it's time.
