Return Window
You may return any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in resalable condition with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials included.
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at support@cowsar.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 2 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will refund the original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including all shipping costs — at no charge to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged by improper installation or misuse
- Products missing serial numbers or original packaging
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
