Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays) from our US local warehouse. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping (Free): 5–10 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (rates calculated at checkout).
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional charges shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
You can track your order at any time using the tracking link sent to your email. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and email us within 48 hours of delivery. Lost packages must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States. We are working on international shipping — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.
